Personal Development is embedded into our practice through our 'Inclusive Citizen' curriculum driver. It is our aim that our children move onto their next stage of learning as resilient pupils who have a life-long love of learning and are ready, respectful and safe in their choices. This is known as the Tithe Farm Way. 

Our aim is to teach children how to navigate through life safely, happily and healthily. To do this, we teach children about the world around them, relationships, emotions, reproduction and health, as well as other transferable skills which also build cultural capital. We consistently promote British Values alongside the Tithe Farm Way.
