This week Amber class have listened to the story of the first Chinese New Year and investigated how it is celebrated. Children loved making their own Chinese dragons and lanterns. Working together Amber Class used a range of vegetables, including pak choi, to make our own stir fry. Children worked very carefully when chopping the vegetables and everyone had a chance to stir it in the pan while remembering how to keep safe.
